Returns & Exchanges Policy More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Any website orders are eligible for a full store credit refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Items that were purchased need to be returned following the requirements below:

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS + merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused
+ merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains
+ merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached
+ protective hygienic slip must be kept on swimwear
+ your return package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery
+ shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. we do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges
Return & Exchange Process STEP ONE
Read Return & Exchange Policy (above) in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable.
Neatly package the merchandise with the receipt that came with your purchase. Ship the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment to:

+ We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package. JoeyRae is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.
Once the return/exchange safely arrives at JoeyRae, we will inspect the item(s) condition. (Note - Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted. See Return & Exchange Policy.) Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. You will then be issued a digital gift card to use on a new purchase!
Refund Time If your return/exchange arrives in the 14-day return window and meets the provided guidelines, your returns/exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed and your store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
